Order Processing & Turnaround Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During festive seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

24–48 working hours

Shipping Time

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery timeline is:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping on selected products, orders, or promotional campaigns.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays caused by weather conditions, natural calamities, transportation disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, or courier-related issues are beyond our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs of the product and packaging.
