REFUND & RETURN POLICY

OVERVIEW

Thank you for shopping with Spice Touch India.

At Neemuch Spices LLP, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Since our products are food items, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.


RETURNS

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, we are happy to assist if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect product
  • An expired product
  • An incomplete order (missing item)

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was expired at the time of delivery.
  • The product was missing from your order.

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.


HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us with:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photos of the outer package
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Personal dislike of flavour or spice level

REPLACEMENT

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

The decision will be made after verification by our customer support team.


REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or any other suitable method after verification.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
