The brand was founded by Manu Bhai Kanthariya and Manish Patidar—both farmers who understand the importance of quality ingredients from the ground up.

Along with farming, Manu Bhai Kanthariya is a B.Tech Engineer and MBA (Marketing), while Manish Patidar is a Civil Engineer. Together, they combined their technical knowledge, farming experience, and passion for authentic Indian flavours to build a premium dry chutney brand.
